Why are the fruits/vegetables below the grains?

The vegan food pyramid chart is actually recommending that you eat more grains than fruits and vegetables combined. If you read the text beside each of the respective food groups and total the servings you will see that we need to eat more grains than fruits and vegetables combined. The reason for the visual switch was simply to establish the fact that there are many fruits and vegetables available and more variety should be encouraged.

The postcard says to come to the website for recipes, where are they?

We are currently in the process of preparing recipes and will do so as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you have any great vegan recipes you would like to suggest, please feel free to contact us. Also, a great website to check out vegetarian/vegan recipes is: http://vegweb.com/.

How do I download wallpaper?

We offer wallpaper, with several languages and sizes, available for FREE download. Simply click here to download the .zip file. If a popup comes up asking if you want to save or open this file, click save, and save it to your desktop. On your desktop unzip the file and select one of the images for your wallpaper (usually you can right click on the image and click "Set as my desktop background".
