My name is Joshua Wold, I'm part owner of a web development company, a graphic artist who does freelance on the side, and am very conscious about what I eat! I'm 22 and live in Indiana. I've been a vegetarian/vegan my whole life. Growing up I've had people ask me, "So what do you eat, lettuce?", "where do you get your protein?", or "but don't you miss eating meat?!". In 2006 I decided to create a diagram to answer these questions in a graphical way. We are not limited to what we can eat but have a wide range of foods to choose from on a daily basis.
